We did not see a problem with this when we ran a test just now. We opened the chart for MSFT.STK.NASDAQ which we have not opened for a long time and the download worked correctly. The log is below. As we think through this, we cannot see a reason why you would experience what you do especially when you get the Bid Volume and Ask Volume right after by re-downloading it. There is a way to re-download data for multiple charts and that is explained in this section here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_HistoricalIntradayData.html#DeleteDownloadAllCharts In order for us to help you with this problem, it is best that you open just one chart when you start Sierra Chart and connect to TeleTrader.
