Hi, SC data feed is frozen. When I disconnet and reconnect the historical data are uploaded there is no real time streaming. Yesterday, everything was OK, data feed is paid.

Thanks, P.

To get real time CME data you need to set Sierra Chart to use a supported Trading service as is documented here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Integration

For a detailed explanation, please see:

Do you have a live futures trading account? If so, with what futures broker?

As explained in this section here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Integration

The way that the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed works is that you connect your trading service, you use the symbols that the trading service uses and those are mapped to the Sierra Chart data feed.

This is needed in order to get the reduced CME exchange fees.

So connect to your Interactive Brokers account as explained.

I am sorry, this is not helpful. I donĀ“t get it.

1. I use Interactive Brokers live account regularly (at least once a month, last time yesterday - Wednesday) / the accound is funded
2. I have paid the SC Data Feed to get the tick data
3. Everything has been working ok till today.
4. Today data is frozen although the [M] is clearly visible.

You could never have been receiving real-time CME data with the "SC Exchange Data" service.

What is the problem with using your Interactive Brokers account? Do you understand you will still get the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed that way. Simply follow through our instructions and it will work properly. Here are the complete instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions

The way that this works is required by the exchange. There are no exceptions and no ways to get around it.

It is pointless to continue to discuss this unless you need help getting the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed while using your Interactive Brokers account. Let us know if you need help with that.

And we know you are seeing the [M] indicator. You still will but that does not mean you will get the streaming real-time data when not connected to your Interactive Brokers account.

We understand the problem now. The problem is you are running an older version of Sierra Chart:

SC Exchange Data - Server protocol version: 7. Client protocol version: 3. There is a protocol mismatch! | 2015-09-04 08:59:25
SC Exchange Data - Logon error from server : Unsupported client protocol version number. | 2015-09-04 08:59:25

Apparently we were confused with the selected Service you were using. We had thought you had set the Service in Sierra Chart to "SC Exchange Data".

In any case, we now understand the problem.

Update Sierra Chart by following the instructions here:
