You could never have been receiving real-time CME data with the "SC Exchange Data" service. What is the problem with using your Interactive Brokers account? Do you understand you will still get the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed that way. Simply follow through our instructions and it will work properly. Here are the complete instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions The way that this works is required by the exchange. There are no exceptions and no ways to get around it. It is pointless to continue to discuss this unless you need help getting the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed while using your Interactive Brokers account. Let us know if you need help with that. And we know you are seeing the [M] indicator. You still will but that does not mean you will get the streaming real-time data when not connected to your Interactive Brokers account.
