delayed order fills

HI can you help me. My order fills are delayed - see the attached file. I do not have the problem when working on replay data only when making simulated orders on live session. I have IB account.

The problem is your computer's clock is not set correctly.

It is off compared to the actual time. Refer to the instructions here:

the instructions does not help with the problem. I installed NTP and it does not help. Please why there is not a solution to not use the computer clock as a time stamp. In the instructions is posibility to not use computer clock as a time stamp by unchecking the time stamp setting under DATA/ TRADE SERVICE SETTINGS - but i cannot see such a possibility under the menu.

We need to understand this problem better. Go to the Trade >> Trade Activity Log. Follow the instructions here to view the order fills:

Is there an incorrect Date-Time, for one of the fills that you see is delayed? Does that Date-Time not match the chart?

In the instructions is posibility to not use computer clock as a time stamp by unchecking the time stamp setting under DATA/ TRADE SERVICE SETTINGS - but i cannot see such a possibility under the menu.
This does not apply for order fills.

Hi I reviewed the order fills, they are posted correctly based on my computer clock. The problem is the Date-Time does not match the chart. (I have sierra chart data). What I see for example on 1 second graph is order fill 1 minute ahead of the chart. (than obviously it does not match the chart and is "flowing" next to the chart. (both opening of the position and closing of the position). On top of sierra chart I also see the time which is corresponding with my computer time.I do not know where is the problem. It is like the time in the charts is set incorrectly.

If the Date-Time of the order fill is correct, then it is correct. Therefore, there is not a problem as far as we are concerned. If it is not correct, then it means your computer's clock is not set accurately.

When using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, the time of the chart bars cannot be wrong because they are set from the exchange.
