We need to understand this problem better. Go to the Trade >> Trade Activity Log. Follow the instructions here to view the order fills: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TradeActivityLog.php#ViewingHistoricalTA Is there an incorrect Date-Time, for one of the fills that you see is delayed? Does that Date-Time not match the chart? In the instructions is posibility to not use computer clock as a time stamp by unchecking the time stamp setting under DATA/ TRADE SERVICE SETTINGS - but i cannot see such a possibility under the menu.
This does not apply for order fills.
