I am looking at AT&T DSL, but in my area the fastest internet speed available is about 750mbps. Is this too slow to maintain 5 screens going at the same time? If so, what is the minimum internet speed that I need to keep my screens updating in a timely manner. Many Thanks.

750 Mb per second is a massive amount of bandwidth. You have nothing to be concerned with, with that kind of speed.

Some firewalls or other utilities offer options to view active connections where the data stream usage and current speed is listed for each active connection. Can be done is windows too but I have not seen live usage. Anyway, market data demand is pretty low and you should likely be fine unless you're doing something very extreme. Not sure on bursts but maybe 10-30kb/s per symbol for steady data.

One thing that can help reduce bandwidth usage by Sierra Chart is to not use any Market Depth features in Sierra Chart. This way Market Depth data will not be subscribed to.
