CTS data feed issue for TF

Hello,

I've my data feed set up, no issues with ES, YM, NQ live data. But with TF I'm not getting the live data, if I close the chartbook for TF and reopen it it downloads historical data but I'm not getting data afterwords.

Here attached please find the message log.

Could you please advise how to fix this?

This means your CTS account is not authorized for ICE data. Contact your broker / trading service about authorizing your account for ICE US data.

Sorry I actually don't need that symbol, that's the 30 minute delayed symbol for TF. I removed that chart from my chartbook. Restarted it, still same. here below is the message log;

What is still the same? At this point in time what is the problem? If you do not need a chart for the TF market, what is the problem. Or if the question is that you want the real-time data for the TF market, the answer is the same. Contact your broker/trading service about this. We have no control over this.

Those particular messages you posted are not relevant to this. Also when providing a copy of the Message Log it is necessary to provide the entire message log as explained here:

Ok, so I have a chartbook for TF where the symbol for charts are:

TF.20150900.ICE_IN

I also had one chart with TF.20150900.DLICE_IN (delayed data) which I don't need anyway so I removed it now.

When I reopen my chartbook, I'm getting the historical data until 18:07 today, and not getting any live data.

I'm sending the Message Log via "Send For Analysis", just sent that now London time 19:55.

The answer is still the same. Contact your broker/trading service about this. Tell them to authorize your account for ICE US. We have no ability to solve this ourselves.

Also the information in the Message Log that you sent, was not helpful because you had cleared the log so the relevant information was no longer present.
