Attached is the 20sec EURUSD chart from 7am UK time today. How can the same feed be producing completely different charts?? We are not talking about inter-broker or even inter-subscription feeds here. I pay for the FXCM data feed on both computers. Now one system has completely different candle open and closes and thus signals than the other. This is completely unsatisfactory. And yes I have reloaded the charts. I have also restarted Sierra, then Windows and Sierra. Then I even re-downloaded all the data. |

The first two images in the first post do not meet our requirements. Please refer to the information here for the kind of chart we need to see: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image Would be best, that you pick out a single bar and describe numerically what the differences are. The other thing we need to know is the time zone of those charts. Nevermind: You are comparing a Sierra Chart chart, to a chart from another source or program. We cannot help with these kind of comparisons because we do not know how that other chart is constructed. Understand how the prices are determined in the chart for the FXCM Forex data feed: Sierra Chart Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service: Forex/CFD Market Data and Data Recording Modes In our experience FXCM does not have one single data feed and there are variations between them. The data feed can also have been lagging from FXCM for reasons which are not in our control. Understand the timestamps of bars is the bar starting time which is also explained in section we linked to above. There is not any more information we are able to provide. What the hell are you going on about? I clearly said that I have Sierra running on my home computer, and my office computer. They are snapshots taken from Sierra, home and office. I've given you the timestamps, 7am UK time. |

We now see the difference. The historical data is now matching on all of the servers. Re-download the data in the charts from before 7 AM that day by following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_HistoricalIntradayData.html#RetryDownloadDataInChart Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
