The first instruction I see for solving this problem is in the Message Log: "Press the 'Send For Analysis' button on this window." Apparently that doesn't work so it would be helpful if it were removed from the Message Log. Here is the copied Log, per instructions found elsewhere. Hope this works. Thanks for your help.

That command button definitely works and we tested it now. It worked exactly as it is supposed to work by submitting the log to the Sierra Chart server and an automated response being provided in the web browser.

This is the relevant error message from the log:

Thanks. Just wanted you to know this is where I got the idea that the SEND FOR ANALYSIS button on the Message Log would not work. This is from Help Topic 62:
Instructions to Send the Message Log to Support . . . . .
Press the Copy Log button on the Message Log window. . . . . Select Paste on the menu to paste it into the message area. Do not use the Send for Analysis button on the Message Log window to send the log, because otherwise we will not see it.
