The first instruction I see for solving this problem is in the Message Log: "Press the 'Send For Analysis' button on this window." Apparently that doesn't work so it would be helpful if it were removed from the Message Log. That command button definitely works and we tested it now. It worked exactly as it is supposed to work by submitting the log to the Sierra Chart server and an automated response being provided in the web browser.This is the relevant error message from the log: Rithmic Trading | Server Alert: Market Data Connection Login Failed.
