Dear Sierra Chart Team,

Line charts with tick data for SMI futures (symbol F.US.SWU15 in the Sierra Chart data feed) don't seem to work.

The attached screenshot shows the chart settings.

Other symbols on the same exchange, such as the Euro Stoxx 50 (symbol F.US.DSXU15) and the Euro Bund (F.US.DBU15) work fine.

Please advise.

Thank you in advance & best regards
Philipp

Oddly, the chart refuses to scroll above 9374, see the right-hand side of this chart:

We have set up a basic configuration like you have and the chart displays properly for us:

The fastest resolution to this problem is going to be close that chart for good and open up a new one for that symbol rather than us trying to figure out what is not right with the settings of the chart which is very hard for us to do unless we get the Chartbook and data file. Although you might want to reset the scales in that chart with Chart >> Reset Scales.

For the new chart, initially set the chart bars to 1 minute per bar. If there is any problem with the data in the chart, then re-download the data with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

I created a new chart as you recommended and it works -- many thanks!
