We have set up a basic configuration like you have and the chart displays properly for us: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1437469201686.png The fastest resolution to this problem is going to be close that chart for good and open up a new one for that symbol rather than us trying to figure out what is not right with the settings of the chart which is very hard for us to do unless we get the Chartbook and data file. Although you might want to reset the scales in that chart with Chart >> Reset Scales. For the new chart, initially set the chart bars to 1 minute per bar.
