When starting SC I constantly receive an error message in the message log trying to download EUR -201309- Globex Fix reject reason is symbol unknown. This is before I open any chartbooks. I am using Open Ecry with SC data enabled. I don't open any charts with this symbol. I do have a chartbook with the 6E continuous contract, but the message comes before opening that chartbook. Where can I go to clean up old symbols or how do I fix this error? Thanks

Most likely you have that Symbol added to your Intraday File Update List: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSettingsMenu.html#IntradayFileUpdateList Select Global Settings >> Intraday File Update List, and if you see that Symbol there just Remove it. Also check Window >> Show/Hide Alerts Manager and make sure there are no Symbol Alerts set up for that symbol.
