Most likely you have that Symbol added to your Intraday File Update List: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSettingsMenu.html#IntradayFileUpdateList Select Global Settings >> Intraday File Update List, and if you see that Symbol there just Remove it.
