What's your process for relaying any technical issues on your end? Surely there must be a pop up box or message area..no? My charts are all messed up right from the open and although they're updating now 10:30AM EST, they're missing the first 4 15min bars..so, the alignment is all messed up. Just wondering how you provide clients with the knowledge that you're aware of any such issues so that we don't have to scramble around opening/re-opening windows if the issue isn't on our end. Please advise.. J. |
