Connection issues with Barchart data feed

Barchart have set up a data feed trial for 30 days but the sierra software keeps dropping connection. Can you please resolve this issue. They are advised me they have tested the raw data feed and there is no connection issues on their end.the Username is SCmathwal.

Go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings and make sure the Password is set correctly.

If it is and you continue to have trouble connecting, let Barchart know you are getting this message from their system:

"Negative info message: - Login Failed "
