Connected to IB, downloaded historical data, but no real time data

It was working when I last used SC 3 weeks ago. Today, it just made connection to IB, downloaded historical BUT not receiving any real time data.

I have updated SC to the latest version

TWS version is 949.3c Mar 11, 2015

Contact Interactive Brokers and make sure your account is subscribed to the exchange for SPY. Here is the relevant documentation:

I am having problem with MSFT not receiving any live data. It downloaded historical data fine.

I have other stocks and they receive this data just fine.

I also see the message "Stock Unknown" when I disconnected and reconnected the data.

For Microsoft you you need to use "Stocks With Specified Exchange and Primary Exchange Format" which is documented here:
