All the correct files as stated in the help file were moved over to the root folder and root/data folder The crash occurs when loading any chartbook which was copied over to the data folder. This is unusual and we are not sure why this is happening. Possibly there is some corruption of the Chartbook. Nah no custom studies.. Quite hard in constructing a new chartbook with 200 new charts, what's your error reporting for if you can't debug your own software? If I copy the whole c:\Sierrachart folder over (1.2gb compressed), would that presumably be ok under normal circumstances?
