sierra disconnecting

hi, ive got a really bad problem with my sierra - when i trade on sim, everything goes ok, but when i put an order on LIVE environment the charts stops and nothign works, but the order is sent to a broker.. so im in an open position but cannot se chart moving or cannot cancer the order or anything..

it is really weird. i use sierra on two laptops. on one of them everything works ok, but on the onther one there is this problem.

could you help me find out what the problem is and how to fix it?

We will need to test this but we see you are using Rithmic and the Rithmic test environment is down for the week.

Exactly at the time you have this problem provide a copy of the Message Log.
