EUREX Data Suspended, SC Server does not work

Hi Support Team,

after Eurex suspended some Eurex instruments at around 7:00 a.m and started to send data at around 8:50 a.m. (SO: NO SC DATAFEED PROBLEM here) the SC servers seem to have difficulties connecting.
Also after File > Disconnect and File > Connect To Data Feed.

Just as an information some lines from the Message Log,

I am located in Europe, Germany. Maybe this helps to track the authorization error...

Hi Support Team,

just as a feedback: server scdf2.sierracharts.com seems to work properly, I am receiving data and charts look correct in all timeframes.
