candlestick bars Problem

Hello,
I have a chart candlestick bars, period 2 min.
but the candles do not update every 2 min.
there is no change in the graph as if I had a daily candle.
I specify that the data sent by CQG Trading Fix are correct, the fux is current

If you are having a problem doing something with Sierra Chart, then please copy and paste the ENTIRE copy of the Message Log into your email message or Support Board message. Support cannot help without the Message Log. Sending some of the lines is not helpful. The message log does not contain any private information.

Instructions:

1. If the Sierra Chart Message Log is not already open, then select "Window >> Show/Hide Message Log" on the menu to open it. If you still do not see the log after selecting this command, then select "Window >> Reset Windows". The log will be displayed in this case. If not, then select "Window >> Show/Hide Message Log" again.

2. Press the "Copy Log" button on the Message Log window. Do not use the "Send for Analysis" button. Otherwise, the log will not be seen.

3. Go to your e-mail message or your Support Board message. Point to the area where you type your message.

4. Right-click your mouse pointer. Select "Paste" on the menu to paste it into the message.

THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE EXPLAIN HOW TO AUTOMATICALLY COPY AND PASTE THE MESSAGE LOG DATA INTO A MESSAGE. THERE IS NO NEED TO TYPE IT BY HAND.

very big problems with SierraCharts today:
candles in 2 min are lagging behind on the hour
1min sometimes late, sometimes 4 min ...
green candles are red and vice versa

I'm sorry but you have absolutely no answer to my problem with Sierra.

this I know, I wrote in my first post:"I specify that the data sent by CQG Trading Fix are correct, the stream is current"
the problem is :
SierraCharts does not follow this stream. candles in 2 min after 2min30 sometimes appear, sometimes after 4 minutes, sometimes not at all.
the graph is completely wrong because opening, closing, highest, lowest candles are false
eg on a graph in 2 minutes : Open 16h23'10s ?? Close 16h25'50s
normally : Open 16h20 close 16h22 and 16h24, 16h26.....

The first thing we want you to do is select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. After the historical data download completes, see if the chart is updating properly.

Is that chart updating in real-time?

Is the problem that there is some missing chart bars? If so, that is because the historical data that is received is delayed by 10 minutes. There is a solution to this and it is explained here:

I know your solution but it does nothing
I repeat myself again and again: the Sierra candles were all behind.

We are going to look into this in detail today, but one limitation which does exist with this particular symbol is there will be 10 minutes of missing historical Intraday data upon a connection.

We have verified that the historical data time stamping is correct and we have reduced the delay from 15 minutes to 10 minutes.



Also make sure that Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Other Settings >> Timestamp Using Local Computer Clock is set to No

OK therefore, that this proves is what we were suspecting is there was faulty data from CQG. We were not totally clear about the problem but we figured that there was some issue on the CQG side. After all CQG is the provider of the data feed. By using the local computer clock, you are bypassing the faulty timestamps from CQG.
