OK therefore, that this proves is what we were suspecting is there was faulty data from CQG. We were not totally clear about the problem but we figured that there was some issue on the CQG side. After all CQG is the provider of the data feed. By using the local computer clock, you are bypassing the faulty timestamps from CQG.
