First noticed with 1239. Confirmed on 1241 with simple config.

Opened 3 charts. Vertical Windows. Detached one of them.

At this point the global cursor showed and moved on all of them (to all of them).

Minimized the detached chart.

Global cursor freezes. Stays in faulty mode even after chart restored. Stays faulty until SC closed and reopened.

Note that this might be a Linux / Wine issue ... and isn't important to me if its not fixable. Just thought I should mention it.

Yes. Its some sort of wine issue, although it surprised me that SC stays stuck once its happened. Not a big one, if I make the mistake I just restart SC.

Interesting your using xubuntu; I've been playing with kubuntu (5) for an alternative to my normal DE. I'm using Mint 17.1 (keep coming back to it for nemo (non-crippled nautilus) but use roxterm/tmux for primary terminal and have recently started using Tilda/tmux after thinking about kubuntu's drop down terminal.

I like tilda's clean interface http://i.imgur.com/zqTr2Ei.png

yes, i'm using xfce (xubuntu) on some laptops until debian 8 is not the reality
because of kernel 3.16 for Zenbook-s

i'm realy hate all that DE like GNOME3/KDE/E17 and the distros-hell like mint :)

regarding my current workspace i'm using pure debian x64 and openbox/tint2 based DE + something from xfce4 to comfort my setup

so i'm using sporadically SC on a xubuntu x86 laptop to see some things

I like tilda's clean interface http://i.imgur.com/zqTr2Ei.png
yes, very nice. but sh is sh
lxterm or terminator is good enough for me because of midnight commander

it surprised me that SC stays stuck once its happened. Not a big one, if I make the mistake I just restart SC.
this year i will stuck with python and java for data mining and to build some interfaces to moex in order to get data and to execute the signals

later this year i will start to build my cuda-based data mining platform

i'm interested in data mining for any markets, so i will stay tuned with cme as well

in case SC 64 bit linux version will be the reality i will interested in using relay server and the execution by sending orders from my custom trading platform to DTC/SC using java or python (JSON is OK in this case)

i like the way SC Team does the job and i hope to bring some interesting integrations with some of my tools for SC users in the future

also i'm glad to see you are using linux-based solutions. :)
