Yes. Its some sort of wine issue, although it surprised me that SC stays stuck once its happened. Not a big one, if I make the mistake I just restart SC. Interesting your using xubuntu; I've been playing with kubuntu (5) for an alternative to my normal DE. I'm using Mint 17.1 (keep coming back to it for nemo (non-crippled nautilus) but use roxterm/tmux for primary terminal and have recently started using Tilda/tmux after thinking about kubuntu's drop down terminal.
