I tried opening a support ticket but received no response after several hours. I am not including my screenshot here for confidentiality reasons. In recent days I have suffered missing data in my charts. This happens after I put my computer to sleep and then restart, or when I first log in to SC. I have tried several times to refresh the missing data by right clicking and choosing "delete and download data", but when I do it populates the prior missing data fields only to create a new data gap, effectively deleting the most recent 10 minutes of data. Please help me resolve this issue, as I need complete bid / ask price and volume data to do my job. Thank you |

Thank you. Apparently my auto-renewals had been turned off but everything appears to be back up now.
