Hello, I have following problem: When I enter the order (plus OCO stop and limit order), the order is correctly entered into TWS. Problem is that I am not able to modify this order afterwards. When I try to cancel it, the order is still visible in Sierra as pending cancel (at the same time in TWS is canceled correctly). I have to disconnect and connect again to repair the situation. Setup is as follows: IB with advisory account, version 946.2f Sierra version 1220 In the trading setup is defined "Use Order Fill Calculated position Position" - for correct work with the Advisory account. The problem has started after New Year. Only change I did is setup of data as requested from 1.1.2015. Until end of the last year this setup worked correctly. Please find the logs in attachments from today: 2 orders when this happened, first at 7:55:17, second at 8:10:25 When I switch to standard IB account (no advisory) everything is working correctly. please help, thank you |

The message log is not relevant to this and was not looked at. We see what you are describing. In the case of the order at 2015-01-06 07:55:17, the order was not acknowledged by trader workstation. The internal order ID is 16530. You will need to contact Interactive Brokers about this. The problems you describe, we do periodically hear about with IB and this is one of the pitfalls of using IB. After a recent communication with IB, we do have confirmation from them that there TWS API is not reliably designed and they are not willing to change it. Also next time, provide only the relevant lines in the Trade Activity Log. You have provided us along with 1800 entries. This is too difficult to work with.
