hello support i am connected to the ib platform. but i am not receiving new data from ib; therefore no new bars are forming for today's trading. can you please help. thanks |

i think there is some problem with the ib workstation under account tab i clicked "market data subscription manager" and got this message "subscription manager is not reachable" then under the account tab i clicked "account management home" and got the message " a network change has been detected" |

restarted computer and sc a few times and its working fine now; receiving new bars. thanks you can close this request.
