In response to post 1, 2 and 3, we cannot provide support for you unless you are logged into this Support Board with your paid Sierra Chart account. To do that select Help >> Support Board on the menu in Sierra Chart.

In response to posts 4 to 7, you are posting in someone else's thread and this confuses things. Please do not do that.

Also, the problem is with the market data subscription from IB:
HD Request # 36 | Message from IB: Historical Market Data Service error message:No market data permissions for ISLAND STK. IB Error Code: 162. Request ID: 35. | 2015-01-02 10:54:22

Please always check with Interactive Brokers first on something like this.
