MYTRACK error

Using 977 regular version.

Just signed up with the Mytrack service, silver & SC support with various exchanges... It worked fine last night for intraday backfill but now it seems to be problematic and cannot maintain a connection.

CTS on another instance is working just fine.

**EDIT; I was using the Non-Net version, and after testing, can confirm the problem also exists in 977 .NET version.

** I cannot maintain a connection. It makes the software and feed useless. Please help!

Update:

Downgraded to v951 and seems to be okay.

Not getting the "faulty message in data feed" erros and subsequent disconnections.

*note* the problem seemed to be occurring when subscribing to several stock symbols at the same time. I did contact MyTrack and they referred me to SC.

This should now be resolved but we cannot confirm since we could not duplicate it. It only occurs with certain symbols probably.

Could you update again to the latest prerelease and see if you notice the problem.
