Orders entered on chart can not be cancelled

Hi,

All BUY and SELL orders cant be cancelled when entered on chart.
Cancelling orders via the DOM works.

Tried to restart the system nothing happened.

I use Rithmic as data provider for TopStep Trader program.
How can I cancel the orders?

This does not make sense.

When you try to cancel an order on the chart does it go to a "Pending Cancel" status?

Yes, it states pending but the order will still get filled and its been pending since about 7:30am PST.
I currently have 2 position opened on the chart and cant get it cancelled. In the "Orders and Positions" window it shows Pending Cancel since 8:49am and the second it shows the same at 9:54am.

The only way I can get it closed is when the order is filled and I flaten the position.

Also, when I click the Cancel button within the "Orders and Positions" window it return the error message "The order management system rejected request" The message appears on a popup window through Rithmic.

I just entered and cancelled an order on the chart and it seems to be working now. However I still can't get the other previous 2 orders cancelled. The problem then maybe through Rithmic and not Sierra Chart?

This is definitely an issue on the Rithmic side.

When you notice this select Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service.

If you still see an order you tried to cancel, with a working order status, contact your broker and have them cancel it.
