not able to log to transact

hello i have a 1 month free trial with infinity futures and every time i want to log on it gives me invalid user name or password. In the data trade service setting i have the port at 0 dont know if it is the right thing to do. My second question is about my chart book i already have , if i go with infinty futures would i have to redo my chartbooks

If you need help with your TransAct Username and Password, contact your broker.

No you do not. You only need to change the Symbols of the charts following the instructions here:
