If you need help with your TransAct Username and Password, contact your broker.

In the data trade service setting i have the port at 0 dont know if it is the right thing to do.
The port should be zero.

My second question is about my chart book i already have , if i go with infinty futures would i have to redo my chartbooks
No you do not. You only need to change the Symbols of the charts following the instructions here:
