Hi, I seem to be having a problem recently in that data isn't getting updated correctly. I normally use the associated watch list to quickly scan charts but recently I've found that the data between the time's I've viewed a chart isn't being displayed. The only way I can get this data back is by selecting 'delete and download data' every time I view the chart. Below is a screenshot, the problem in this instance is no data between 8.25 & 14.20 http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1375190186266.png If I leave the chart open it updates fine. I can't see any error messages or connection errors in the message log. Data feed I'm using is SC Forex Data(FXCM) This isn't a one off occurrence either, it seems to be happening every time I go back to view a chart. Can you please assist?
