You need to log into Sierra Chart using your 'chifounou' account. Here are instructions:

Refer to this page and confirm the account number is correct:

Update Sierra Chart to the current version following the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service" to "LMAX Demo Trading - DTC".

Connect to the server with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

Depending upon when you receive this message it may take up to two minutes for our server to receive the updated authorizations for you to be able to connect.
