Thanks, I have tried following the guide but I am not receiving either email alerts or SMS alerts. I have entered my email address and phone number in the settings and the alert log says that both messages have been sent but I do not receive them. I am still using the 14 day trial account. Does this have anything to do with it? I am sending the SMS to a UK mobile and have tried using 00144 7801****, 144 7801**, 01144 7801**** but none of these work. Is there another code that I should be using? Thanks a lot.
