Moved the chartbook with the problem charts from the remote to the source instance, and realized the problem has nothing to do with remote instances. Charts are now on the source instance, and still stop updating at random times. This is using Rithmic as data feed. SC version 1448. All graphs in the problem charts stop updating, yet price box on the y axis keeps on updating (see attached screnshot, showing price for SI at 14:45 today). This happens on detached charts. The way to solve it is going to chart settings and reselecting the symbol thru "find". Please let me know what you need for troubleshooting this. Thanks. |
