If there are multiple fills per order, there will be multiple sounds. One for each individual fill. Unless that was changed. We would have to check on that. Also you can control how many times an Alert Sound is played every time an Alert Number is triggered. It should be set to 1. This is done through Global Settings >> General Settings.
