Switched to New Broker, and i am using same old downloaded Sierra Chart software....i have Not Downloaded New Sierra Chart software from New Broker. I have Not made any Trades with this New Broker, but i can see Old Broker Account Number in the Trade Activity Log of old activity, also i can see the Old Brokers Account Number,b But Not the New Brokers Account Number for me. Do i have to Download New Sierra Chart from New Brokers website? Everything is Connected to New Feed from CQG and looks Good as i compaired price with other platform to make sure that is Good. I thought of Clearing the Old Trade Activity in Trade Activity Log, But i am Not Sure if that will allow me to see my New Account Number in the drop down menu...i only can see the Old Broker account # for me which is Closed account. Why does my New Account Number Not show up in the drop down menu of the Trade Activity Log? The Balance is Correct from what was Deposited into the New Brokerage Account, and Reflects this in Sierra Chart which is Good. What do i Need to do in this matter as i cannot see the New Account Number for my New Broker? New Broker says i am Live...Ready to Trade...they told me i might need to Uninstall SC, and Reinstall SC? |
