We just realized to check the version you are running. You are running a significantly older version of Sierra Chart. Rithmic provided new connection details which probably will resolve this problem. These are in the newer versions of Sierra Chart. You need to update Sierra Chart following these instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate You cannot continue to use version 1307 even if you have a dependency on Old Spreadsheets if you want to use Rithmic.
