Can a Trade Activity Log be of any help in dealing with the issue? Because it has indication of the same probelm e.g. <Order 2016-07-14 08:35:08.780 F.US.CLEQ16 Order cancellation failed | Still awaiting acknowledgment of new order. Unable to cancel order 9208 Limit 1 Sell 45.45 Order Sent 92787 Open>, I can email it to the SC support. Thank you |
