No, this is not true. The cost of the data feed for cash indexes is 15 USD per month + exchange fees. When choosing the number of symbols you just need to choose the option for cash indexes only. We are not going to spend any further time with this, with CQG. This has already been looked into extensively before and we do not know what the problem is other than the CQG system is not provide any cash index data.
