If you look at the installer log file which is contained in the Logs folder in the folder where the installer is run from, you can see the location of the files and can create your own installer using HTTP. The installer has now been updated to solve the problem with WINE. There was a particular function being used in one version of the installer which was not functioning right on WINE.
