In the case of exchange fees, they are charged in full no matter when they are activated in the month. This is the policy of the exchanges. Not of Sierra Chart. This is why it generally does not make sense to activate a higher-priced exchange near the end of the month. It is best to wait until the next month. There is nothing we can do to help with this. So you need to take your "terrible" complaint to the Chicago Mercantile exchange but you should be aware they are not going to pay any attention to any complaint like this.

You were also told this in a text message and had to confirm it, before actually activating the exchange.

Furthermore, the data feed itself for 35 USD a month was prorated when you activated it near the end of the month.
