I think I have taken all the necessary steps since I was last on Sierra Charts in 2015. OpenEcry was bought by Gain so, I wonder if the service or server has changed on the data trade settings? I also changed brokers from sweet futures to stage 5 trading. I changed/updated this setting as well during the activate account settings.
