HI, Thanks for your app and I am in trial period. I have strong interest in playing with your app and learn. When I play with the numbered bar chart, I find a problem that could be a bug. So please let me know whether I use your software correctly. Please see the attached image. My numbered bar chart is a reverse chart, ie 0.25*6 PF chart. You can see that I set each bar of the chart to have 2 columns: the left column is the volume, the right column is bid volume*ask volume. I set exclude <=300. Now the problem comes. If you see the last bar in the image, there is a price level with the volume of 197. How could that be? This does not occur once, it happens many times in other bars. Is this a bug? or do I not use your software correctly? Thank you! I am looking forward to hearing back from the support. |
