Are you sure about that? We see that you have been using TD Ameritrade. We set this chart to show the difference between the Ask volume and Bid volume both as numbers and horizontal bars at each price level and we see no blank price levels: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1464473841235.png And we do not know how you have configured the Numbers Bars study.
