We are aware of this. There was a network problem in the data center where the servers are located. They did acknowledge the problem and it was corrected. About two months ago we did see a problem with loss of connectivity for about 10 to 20 minutes but it was not due to a network connectivity problem. It was a problem on the server itself and after that incident we moved to a different server and have not had a problem since. We are aware that we do need to set up a second server in another data center and that will be done. And also in the case of an event like this, you still have the ability to access your orders through the LMAX GUI. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
