Dear SC Support, Everything worked fine until ICE implemented additional exchange fees about a month ago. I am paying subscription for ICE through my broker Daniels Trading / GAIN. Now SC will load the intra-day data, but will not update it automatically in real-time. If I hit disconnect, then re-connect it will refresh the chart up to date, but will still not continue updating. Also I do not see depth of market information anymore. This is the case with all ICE US markets (Sugar, Coffee, Cocoa, etc). Thank you in advance for you help. |
