We have thoroughly reviewed this, and we see no reason for the problem.

We have reset your Sierra Chart charting and trading software password. It has been sent in a separate e-mail to your e-mail address.

If you did not receive it, let us know. Your e-mail provider may have filtered the message and placed it in a junk mail folder.

Restart Sierra Chart and log in with that new password. Here are instructions:

You should no longer have any trouble connecting after this. If you do, we will check the server log again and we will better be able to determine the problem this time with additional logging.
