If you previously used the new installer before the time of this posting, then you will need to do the installation again. It is recommended that you delete the NPP folder in your Sierra Chart installation because some files were installed into the root folder of that folder that should have been in the subfolders. The new updated installer has now been released. It can be tested with Help >> Download Prerelease. We noticed that the installation process goes more slowly because the files are individually downloaded. We are going to speed this process up. We have some different ideas on how to do this. The very earliest version that can be downloaded with this installer is 1408. None of the other prior versions support the new installer format.
